Buying a home is probably the most exhilaration and/or frustrating process, to include probably the largest purchase we all make. Starting your home-buying journey can seem quite daunting for the first time. Maybe you heard horror stories of other peoples misfortunes. I get it, there can be so many items that can, may and will pop-up during the process.
-Let me reassure you, working with us you will not be alone! We know plenty of questions will come up. We will be with you the entire way, from our first talk, through the loan process, ultimately to taking possession of keys.

Consultation
Our consultations are designed to be informative and relaxed, it's just us getting to know each other and how we can compliment each other to achieve
your goals: of becoming a homeowner.

Intake Form
Once we receive your consultation request, we will email you with a confirmation and our intake form. This is designed so we can get to know your family, as well as your needs; beds, baths, location etc.
We want to make sure we're on the same page from day 1.

Get Pre-Approved
Imagine going to a concert with first come - first serve seating, but you forgot your tickets at home. By the time you rush back to get them, the best seats are taken, and you're left with a less-than-ideal view.
